Flutter/Swift & Objective-C Mastery:
- Proficiency in Flutter /Swift (including SwiftUI, Combine, and async/await) and Objective-C for maintaining legacy code.
- Strong understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and iOS design principles.
iOS Frameworks & Tools:
- Expertise in UIKit and SwiftUI for building responsive, adaptive UIs.
- Experience with Core Data, Realm, or SQLite for local data storage.
- Familiarity with Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Location for advanced app features.
- Proficiency in Xcode, Interface Builder, and Instruments for debugging/performance tuning.
Architecture & Design Patterns:
- Mastery of MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture for scalable, maintainable code.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, dependency injection, and protocol-oriented programming.
Networking & APIs:
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
- Proficiency with URLSession, Alamofire, or Firebase for network operations.
- Ability to handle authentication (OAuth, JWT) and secure data transmission.
- Performance Optimization:
- Skills in memory management, reducing battery consumption, and optimizing app startup time.
- Experience with multithreading using Grand Central Dispatch (GCD) or Operation Queues.
- Familiarity with performance profiling tools (Instruments, Xcode Profiler).
Testing & Debugging:
- Expertise in writing unit tests with XCTest and UI tests with XCUITest.
- Experience with TestFlight for beta distribution and crash reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics).
App Store Deployment:
- Proven track record of publishing apps to the App Store, including familiarity with App Store Connect and provisioning profiles.
- Understanding of Apple’s review guidelines and compliance requirements (privacy, data collection).
Cross-Platform & Third-Party Integration:
- Experience with React Native or Flutter (optional but a plus).
- Integration of SDKs (Firebase, Analytics, Payment gateways like Stripe).
- Soft Skills & Experience:
- 3–5+ years of professional iOS development with a portfolio of published apps.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills for debugging complex issues and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools (Jira, Trello, Slack).
- Knowledge of Git for version control and code collaboration.
