Should be capable to accomplish all tasks of the Accounts & Finance Department of the group as a leader.

Developing & implementing growth strategies.

Creating & Managing Budget.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
High ethical standards are essential when dealing with financial transactions, data, and sensitive information.
Identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them is important for ensuring the company’s financial stability.
Staying up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements is crucial to avoid legal issues.
