Additional Requirements

Serve as the key point of contact for buyers regarding product inquiries, costing, sampling, order placement, and delivery.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to develop new cap and hat styles according to market trends and buyer requirements.
Prepare accurate cost sheets for new developments and negotiate prices with buyers to ensure profitability.
Manage the sampling process from concept to final approval, ensuring samples meet buyer specs and timelines.
Monitor all aspects of order processing, including production planning, raw material procurement, lead times, and shipping schedules.
Liaise between the factory floor and the merchandising team to ensure production meets buyer expectations and delivery deadlines.
Work closely with the QC team to ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and competitors in the cap and headwear industry.
Maintain up-to-date order tracking, WIP (work-in-progress) reports, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
