Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager, Business Development to lead our expansion and revenue growth efforts across diverse market segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for results. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts in alignment with global client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives.
  • Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
