Responsibilities & Context
- Process Control: Manage and monitor processes for pretreatment, continuous dyeing, printing, print finishing, and exhaust dyeing to ensure optimal performance and quality outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing pretreatment, continuous dyeing, printing, print finishing, and exhaust dyeing processes, driving improvements in productivity and quality.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis related to production processes and make informed remarks and recommendations based on findings.
- Cost Minimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lean Activities: Lead and participate in Lean initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of resources and materials, fostering efficient operations.
- SOP Creation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all relevant processes, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and management, ensuring optimal use of materials, equipment, and personnel.
