Responsibilities & Context
Salary: 20,000 BDT/Monthly, with 10-20% annual increase and promotions after every 2-4 years based on performance.
Mandatory Internship Period: 10,000 BDT for 5 months, followed by a permanent position with full salary.
Location: Remote
Work Load: 45 Hours/week, totaling 195 hours per month
We’re searching for a MERN Stack Developer skilled in both backend and frontend development. This role is pivotal in bolstering our in-house team, especially during times of increased project demand.

- Collaborate with our in-house team to build and enhance applications using the MERN stack.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, visually compelling elements using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, always advocating for coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and seamless functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend and backend technologies, bringing forward creative solutions to intricate challenges.
