- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
- Excellent report writing skills in both English and Bengali·
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools·
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.·
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment·
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·
- Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments· Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Responsibilities & Context
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- This position is accountable to Planning-Annual program planning and budget preparation.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly work plans in accordance with overall operational plan.·
- Update plans in accordance with monitoring data.
- Supervision monitoring and implementation
- Ensure that staffs have an opportunity to develop capacity and learn new skill.·
- Ensure that defined objectives and outputs are being achieved.
- Conduct field visit at project sites on a regular basis.
- Provide appropriate guidance and supportive feedback to staff.
- Supervise and monitor outreach activities such as one to one , group meeting ,sensitization meeting are held as per plan with effective use of ECC & BCC material as per standard guidelines.
- Ensure audit & monitoring compliance.
- Ensure an enabling environment where staffs can easily share their experience and leaning from other colleagues.
- Comply policies regarding Gender awareness, code of conduct, Child Rights and Protection policy in respective organization. Ensure compliance regarding Gender and Child Rights and Protection policy issues of respective organization.
- Advocacy and Networking: Local level relationship building with respective stakeholders related with the projects.
- Networking with other likeminded organization, alliance, networks, and media.
- Ensure adequate financial control, proper governing and monitoring to the expenditure of fund.
- Ensure timely procurement, store and supply of materials for effective implementation of all program activities that includes community service provision.
- Ensure preparing monthly, quarterly & yearly financial report.
