- Good analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Operate and monitor die casting machines (hot chamber or cold chamber).
- Set up dies and adjust machine parameters to ensure proper casting quality.
- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect die cast parts for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and assist in die/mold changes.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and maintenance teams.
- Maintain daily production logs and process data records.
- Participate in process improvements and efficiency projects.
