Responsibilities & Context
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve the issues
- Check all Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of machine to ensure functionality
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Monitor expenses and control the cost for maintenance
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Monitoring critical spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to keep track and report on activity
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical & electrical activities, providing ongoing maintenance support.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including system diagrams, operation manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all equipment maintenance solutions adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations.
