Responsibilities & Context
- Develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
- Assist with superiors to monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, Betterwork, ACCORD/RSC, Nirapon, Technical Audits and manage their audits.
- Maintain liaison with Buyers Auditor, Compliance Auditor/Third Party Auditors.
- Prepared the CAP against audit report.
- Identify non-compliance issues through daily monitoring and internal audits.
- Take corrective action by discussing with superiors about identified issues.
- Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file, resign worker file and leave register, monthly salary & OT sheet etc.
- Report daily activities to superiors.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
