Job Responsibilities:

  • Appoint dealer & develop dealer sales team.
  • Train dealer sales team.
  • Follow up & close sales lead through final negotiation with customers.
  • Identify potential business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Search for new markets and identify prospective target customers.
  • Arrange meetings with clients and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Work under target-driven conditions with resilience and efficiency.
  • Plan and execute key promotional activities, including product demos & roadshows.
  • Implement innovative promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and monitor market trends for business growth.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
  • Uphold brand integrity and promotional guidelines effectively.
