Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • BBA/MBA Degree from any Public/UGC approved university (Preferably in Accounting/Finance) minimum 2nd division/class obtained in every academic exam.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • The applicant should have the know-how of NGO operation & Finances.
  • In case of fresher any volunteering/internship experience in Accounts/Finance will be given preference.
  • Good Command in English (Verbal, Written & Communication)
  • Reporting & Documentation (Financial Reporting & Book Keeping)
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Accounting Software, Internet Browsing, Email)
  • Team Player & Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context

“Village Based Sustainable Food Security Programme for the Ethnic Community” is a signature programme of CCBVO. In this programme CCBVO undermines food security, livelihood and rights of the Ethnic people living in the Barind Tract of Bangladesh. This particular project is an on-going phase where “Rokkhagola Model” is being implemented along with thematic areas such as Food Security, Climate Change Adaptation, Agro-ecology, Conflict Sensitivity & Conflict Transformation, Rights of the Community (Constitution & Right to information, land, Health, Culture) in the Godagari & Tanore Upazila in Rajshahi.

Employment: Status Contractual (July 2025 – December 2027)

Job Location: Principal Office (With Field visit at upazila level)

Experience: 1-3 year (Fresher are encouraged to apply)

Duration: July 2025 – December 2027

(Possibility of extension with satisfactory performance and availability of funds)

  • Book Keeping (Cashbook, Ledger Book, Journal Voucher, Debit Voucher, Credit Voucher)
  • Preparation-Documentation-Preservation of Administrative Bill/Voucher
  • Assist Project Employees with project expenses and Bill/Voucher
  • Supervision of Attendance, Movement Register, Asset Register, Stock Register and utility along with overseeing maintenance of asset of the organization,
  • Assisting Finance/Admin with Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually & Annual Financial Report.
  • Meet Both Audit & Donor compliances.
  • Visit to Field Office for financial and administrative task supervision.
