Qualifications & Skills Required:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:·
- Age between 20 to 35 years (flexible for candidates with relevant experience).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, think creatively, and take initiative.
- Knowledge of the Australian education system and student visa procedures is a plus.
- Previous experience in education, counseling, or student advisory services is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context
Globalwings is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Student Counselor for Australia to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students from reputed universities who are eager to begin a rewarding career in the education consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and personalized counseling to students interested in studying in Australia.
- Guide students through the complete application and visa process.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Australian education systems, institutions, and immigration policies.
- Assist in document preparation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Handle student and parent inquiries professionally across various channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
