Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and guide assembly line operators to achieve the daily production target as per the production plan.
- Train and monitor operators to ensure the production of defect-free, high-quality motorcycles.
- Ensure adherence to process parameters to maintain consistency and process reliability in the assembly line.
- Oversee and monitor productivity, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the assembly section.
- Check and maintain daily torque calibration records at designated workstations.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed for both personnel and machinery in the assembly area.
- Implement and maintain “5S” practices across the assembly floor.
- Monitor and maintain records of consumable usage, and manage stock levels of tools, accessories, and consumable items.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to management.
- Physically follow up on assembly operations, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise initiatives to increase productivity and reduce overall production costs.
- Collaborate and coordinate with foreign delegates to implement technical guidance, process improvements, and production quality enhancements for new projects and model introductions.
