Responsibilities & Context
- Achieving the daily production target based on the production plan.
- Understand product specification & drawings of components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
- Maintain daily record of measuring parameter of different parts.
- Supervise and monitor the productivity and smooth operation flow in assembly.
- Daily Calibration of Tools & Data Keeping.
- Maintain SQCDM in daily operation.
- Implementation of 5S in assembly floor and in daily operation.
- Maintain Quality guideline & Inspection standard in daily operation process.
- Understand product specification & drawings of components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
- Maintain daily record of engine Inspection.Supervise and monitor engine performance with specified criteria & proactive take countermeasure.
- Ensure SQCDM in daily operation.Implementation of 5S in working area.
- Keep consumption record and stock of Tools, Accessories and Consumable Items.
- Reporting of daily QC report to management.Work as a team member and follow directions to implement.
- Follow up work process physically and solve problems immediately
