Hands-on experience in international recruitment (preferred).
Proven track record of successful overseas job placements.
Experience in negotiating with visa brokers and handling visa procurement process.
Strong network of international clients, employers, and recruiting agencies.
In-depth knowledge of overseas recruitment processes, documentation requirements, and legal compliance.
Strong relationships with Bangladeshi agencies involved in visa processing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take initiative.
Preference will be given to individuals who have the capability to start a recruitment business but have been limited due to the absence of a valid recruitment license.

Lead and manage international recruitment operations using our valid recruitment license.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Identify overseas job opportunities and match suitable candidates accordingly.
Ensure compliance with international labor laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage documentation, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
Generate business leads and drive revenue growth in alignment with agreed targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on operations, performance metrics, and market trends.
