Additional Requirements
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of sales operation experience required, with at least 2 years in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide or animal health will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Possesses good selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Familiar with the geographical areas of Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and monitor the sales team to ensure egg sales targets are met within the specified deadlines.
- Drive sales growth of commercial eggs and coordinate with customers and distributors to enhance proactive sales.
- Analyze and address customer complaints, providing corrective feedback to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular customer visits (routine, on-call, marketing) to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including egg sales, competitor production reports etc. to ensure accountability.
- Organize training programs to enhance team competency.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all existing functions and systems.
