Additional Requirements

Excellent communication skill in English, Bangla, Hindi is mandatory.
Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a merchandising team.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Must have sound knowledge on Knit product.
Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.

Design matrix and educate team.
Examination of every shade before dispatch to customer for approval.
Examine all the shade formulation it should be according to Matrix and fulfill customer protocol.
Negotiate with S&M in case of rejections and special requirements maximum achievable.
Guide team to increase approval rate.
Should have good knowledge of Seamless/Exhaust garment dyeing (Especially for the synthetic substrates (either in the form of yarn and fabrics) like Nylon, polyester).
Good knowledge of Shade matching, Spectrophotometer, Hand-feel, Dyestuff combination selection, Lab testing, Quality.
Measures to Lab to Bulk FTT.
Manage the dyes and chemicals demand.
Working on process improvement regarding saving natural resources specially water.
Communicate with inter department smart & dynamic way.
Handle all dyeing issues with departmental senior.
Follow-up time and action plan properly and update lab dipping/lab confirmation/Sampling report daily basis.
Maintain all relevant dyeing files & data, reports etc.
Any other relevant task assigned by Management.
