Additional Requirements

Good Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Production Drawing.
Must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Showroom, Mosque, Hospital and Resort interior design.
To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, both exterior & interior.
Must have strong knowledge in Auto CAD, 3D max/Sketch Up, V-ray Render/Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related design software.
Must have sound knowledge and practical experience in production designing / Working drawing furniture, interior projects, preparing project requirements, costing of project and related activities etc.
Ability to create hand-drawn sketches, designs, technical drawings and other required activities.05+ Years’ experience in relevant field.
Must have strong work ethic, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to exhibit diplomacy and use high level of discretion.
Leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Interior Design- 3D Modeling, Rendering, Animation & Visualization.
Must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Showroom, Mosque, Hospital and Resort interior design.
Prepare Working Drawing.
Conduct Site Visits & Meetings.
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
Measurement collection for design purpose.
Ability to provide 2D & 3D presentation.
Other related activities related design as and when required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
