Work with customers to understand their specific needs, challenges, and requirements.
Develop and propose solutions that address the customer’s needs, often involving technical specifications and architectural design.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of the product or service.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
Work with customers to design and execute PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and confidence in the company and its solutions.
