Job Context:
Looking for Sincere, Honest, Dynamic, Dedicated and Responsible individual who familiar with ERP Software for the position of Executive for a Corporate office of Yarn Manufacturing/Spinning mills.
Job Responsibilities:
- The applicant will be required to work as an associate in the yarn sales, marketing, and commercial team.
- Should have the ability to build a good network with renowned buyers for Special follow-up.
- Ensure commercial Job-PI submission, Collecting LC and Prepare acceptance documents and submit as per requirement.
- You must maintain constant contact with the marketing and commercial team in the WhatsApp group.
- Deal with Maturity and payment issues besides sales & marketing.
- Entry of necessary records, registers, ledger and reports in ERP Software.
- Applicants should have experience in Yarn Manufacturing industry /Spinning Mills.
- Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
- Must have Beautiful and Clear Handwriting.
- Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Able to work under pressure, Team Work, Negotiation Skill.
- Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
