- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transections, sales and expenses.
- Prepare & manage customer invoices while ensuring timely payment collection.
- Handle showroom cash transections, bank deposits and bank account reconciliations.
- Monitor suppliers payments and follow up the outstanding receivables.
- Ensure Compliance with VAT, Income TAX and other financial regulations.
- Maintain financial records related to showroom inventories, purchases and sales.
- Prepare periodical financial reports for management, Including profit & loss statement.
- Assist in budget preparation & monitor expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
- Handle customers financial queries, EMI processing & loan documentation.
- Execute additional duties assigned by supervisor.
