Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
- Record all financial transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities).
- Monitor actual performance against the budget.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize all important developer related documentation.
- Handle filing and record-keeping for operational and financial documents.
- Draft letters, notices, and official communication as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as instructed.
- Prepare debit, credit & journal vouchers for daily transactions.
- Take care of local procurement or market visits for urgent needs.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
