Silver Composite Textiles Mills Ltd. (Unit-1, Garments) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Operations to lead and optimize the operational functions of our garment manufacturing facility. This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in production planning, workflow management, quality assurance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing overall productivity while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor garment production processes to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Lead and supervise production, planning, and support teams to maintain seamless workflow and high productivity levels.
- Implement and improve operational systems and processes for higher efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and labor regulations.
- Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and logistics teams to align operational goals with strategic business objectives.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports for senior management.
- Manage resource allocation, reduce operational waste, and support cost-effective production initiatives.
