Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Counselor & Admission Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for guiding students towards their academic and career aspirations abroad, and possess a strong understanding of the international education and migration landscape, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and their families regarding study abroad options, including university selection, program choices, admission requirements, and career pathways in various countries.
- Guide students through the entire admission process, from application submission and documentation to interview preparation and visa procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and admission requirements for different countries and educational institutions.
- Assist students with preparing essential documents, such as Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
- Conduct informational sessions, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.
- Collaborate with international universities, colleges, and relevant organizations to facilitate admission and visa processes.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.9Contribute to the company’s marketing and recruitment efforts
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- In depth knowledge about international education system and admission process
- Familiarly with vis and immigration procedure for versus countries (e.g, Canada, Australia, UK,USA, Europe, New Zealand)
