Responsibilities & Context
- Proactively initiate and handle calls to default customers with a focus on recovery commitment date.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing recovery progress, customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all communication and transactions related to recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline recovery strategies and share valuable insights.
- Ensure seamless coordination within the team to optimize overall recovery performance.
- Provide instant and efficient back-office support addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with default customers through professional and empathetic communication.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing recovery processes based on data-driven insights.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- To carry out any other assignment given from time to time by Supervisor.
