Position Overview:
Daffodil International College (DIC), Dhaka is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Bangla to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Bangla language and literature, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the academic and cultural development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Bangla following the NCTB curriculum for HSC level students.
- Develop and update academic materials, syllabus, and lesson plans.
- Evaluate and assess students’ performance through exams, assignments, and class activities.
- Support students’ academic development and provide extra guidance where necessary.
- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, workshops, and seminars.
- Engage in co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to language, literature, and cultural programs.
- Maintain academic records and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Uphold institutional values and maintain discipline in and outside the classroom.
