Job Responsibilities –
- Oversee the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability to ensure that all inspectors understands, adhere and follow customer quality inspection guideline /standards and are kept up to date on all issues and resolution in process, quality and delivery.
- Coordinate the QC team to ensure that materials and garments (e.g. sub-materials, garment after sew, garment after-wash, etc.) are inspected following the QA System Standard Procedure.
- To attend a meeting with production team to solve quality issue and propose corrective & preventive to the factory to minimize quality problem as less as possible.
- Quality problems are reported to the relevant parties; maintain ISO certification through audits and training (applicable to Factories with ISO certification).
- Conduct monthly assessment on QC inspectors and provide necessary training to upgrade their skill level.
- Coordinate with factories to arrange inspection activities and quality meetings, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
- Perform inline inspections during production to identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
