Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview:
The Full Stack ODOO Developer will be responsible for creating and enhancing software solutions that adapt to evolving business needs. The role requires expertise in Python, ODOO framework, and web development technologies, along with strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the ODOO framework and Python.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with existing systems.
- Build user-friendly and efficient front-end interfaces, adhering to best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Database Management
- Manage and maintain databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Design and implement efficient data structures and algorithms.
Systems Administration
- Perform basic system administration tasks and ensure seamless server operations.
- Manage distributed systems on AWS and monitor system health.
Collaboration & Process Management
- Utilize JIRA Software and Confluence for task management and collaboration.
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to team discussions to ensure project goals are met.
Maintenance & Optimization
- Monitor and debug software to resolve issues promptly.
- Optimize code for scalability and performance.
