Job Responsibilities
- Conduct classes according to the syllabus and academic guidelines of the school.
- Preparing lesson plans, and teaching materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
- Ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
- Must have effective classroom management skills and strategies.
- Giving feedback about the performance of the students and their activities to the authorities.
- Observing, recording, and reporting on the behaviour of individual students as assigned.
- Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with students, parents, and other professionals.
- Implementing the day-to-day program under the direction of the Principal / Coordinator.
- Performing all academic responsibilities like student assessment, parent interaction, and other duties as the position requires.
- Always maintaining a professional attitude and loyalty to the institution.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
