Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Oversee staff attendance, leave, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation
- Coordinate communication with doctors, shareholders, patients, and partners
- Handle accounting data entry, expense tracking, and coordination with external auditors
- Assist in branding, campaign management, and corporate outreach
- Support office logistics, documentation, and meeting schedules
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, doctors, and potential shareholders
