Requirements
Education
- Diploma
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or related field.
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience in a textile or garment testing lab preferred.
- Knowledge of textile testing standards (AATCC, ISO, ASTM).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform physical and chemical tests on textile samples (e.g. color fastness, tensile strength, shrinkage, pH testing).
- Operate lab equipment and maintain accurate records of test results.
- Support product development by providing technical analysis.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams
