Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We need some Female Executives (Part/Full Time) who are able to handle our client and their queries and grievances. For the first 03 months, Candidates must have work in Mirpur Zone (Part/Full Time) & after first 03 months, they can be shifted in any location of the Dhaka City if they want. *Freshers are also encouraged to apply for the post *No Experience is needed *We will train after selection.
Job Descriptions:
- Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or Face to Face.
- Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand clients requirements
- Enter and update client information in the database.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.
