Requirements

Aster Pharmacy, a division of Aster DM Healthcare, is a leading international pharmacy chain operating across the UAE, India, and now Bangladesh. With growing demand and the recent expansion of Aster Pharmacy outlets in the country, we are expanding our Accounts Department to support this growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a strong foundation in accounting and finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be ACCA part-qualified or CA (CC), with 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounting journal entries, including sales, purchase, petty cash, and depreciation.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and management financial packs.
- Conduct outlet-wise physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper VAT and tax documentation and assist in monthly return submissions.
- Support procurement procedures and documentation audits for retail operations.
- Use online banking systems for payment processing.
- Maintain documentation related to corporate bank facilities.
- Provide assistance in internal and external audit processes.
- Solve day-to-day transactional and system entry issues.
- Maintain high standards of professional integrity and work ethics.
