Responsibilities & Context
Must be smart, proactive, and highly active in all operational tasks.
Engage confidently with new guests, understand their concerns, and provide timely solutions.
Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries on the company’s Facebook page.
Coordinate effectively with all departments and international partners for smooth information exchange.
Should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage tasks independently when required.
Must have excellent typing skills in both Bangla and English.
Should have a good understanding of social media platforms and how to use them professionally.
Ability to convince and communicate effectively with people is essential.
Maintain accurate daily records of all guest visits, including arrival and departure data.
In addition to the above, perform all basic responsibilities of a Communication Officer, such as:
Managing email communications
Assisting in internal and external meetings
Preparing summaries, reports, and official correspondences
Supporting marketing and promotional efforts as required
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
