Requirements

Additional Requirements

- Experience with ERP/accounting software and inventory management systems.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis across our retail pharmacy network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, monitor, and report cost variances across pharmacy operations.
- Maintain detailed cost records and prepare cost statements regularly.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for accurate stock valuation and cost allocation.
- Evaluate cost efficiency in procurement, logistics, and retail distribution.
- Prepare profitability analysis and support strategic financial planning.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal cost policies.
