Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BSC Eng.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/
- BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any public Engineering University will get preference/
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Technology from the reputed polytechnic institute.

- The applicants should have Strong Knowledge in the following area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Textile, Dyeing, Finishing, Woven, Printing, AOP, Digital Printing etc.

- Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project;

- Monitor, Maintain, and supervise all the utilities such as Electric sub-station, HT, LT, Transformers, Electric Control Panels, PLC, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Water Pumps, and Electrical Workshop etc.
- Will be responsible for overall maintenance activities of factory utility, mechanical & electrical departments
- Look after electrical system and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
- Must have knowledge BNBC, RSC Standard, ACCORD Standard

Job Context:
Rocky Group is the largest manufacturing & exporting company in Bangladesh looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who have experience on Manager Maintenance in the largest textile manufacturing unit and looks after the utility services, machinery operation, troubleshooting, solar plant, REB, Substation, boiler Generators.
Lead & oversee maintenance of Rocky Group & ensuring compliance with the group policies and risk management practices.
Job responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including system diagrams, operation manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical & electrical activities, providing ongoing maintenance support.
- Ensure strict adherence with fire, electrical and structural safety as per RSC, hands on experience to remediate CAPR generated by safety audit.
- Repair work order, material cost, reports and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- Ensure proper monitoring and follow-up for scheduled maintenance, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery
- Requisition maintenance tools, parts, and supplies
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and energy conservation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out timely repairs to avoid production delays.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and assist in procurement planning.
- Lead or assist in root cause analysis for repeated mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Perform & keep maintenance logbook, checklist & other necessary documents in periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually).
- Regular check-up of rectifier, inverter, battery bank, UPS and AC/DC power distribution system,
- Performing electrical operation and maintenance services including overhauling/ repair/fitting/ troubleshooting activities of electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Ensure data integrity within the ERP system by verifying entries and reconciling discrepancies.
- Work with production, supply chain, and finance teams to enhance cost efficiency.
- Well concern on all maintenance activities & willing to perform any other task that assigned by management.
