- Advance user of MS office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
- Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mainly to support the management with the due diligence requirements of the finance or grant providers.
- To support in preparation and co-ordinate of annual planning exercise of the University.
- To prepare and report on quarterly financial performance & estimates along with insightful variance analysis both at the Department and University level.
- To prepare School, Department & Centre wise performance and variance analysis with insightful commentaries, working closely with the Schools, Departments & Centers.
- To support in preparation of adhoc reports for Senior Management, FC & BoT as & when required.
- To provide extended support other FLT members teams as & when required.
- To play the role of any other FLT members in their absence.
