Excellent spoken English, especially for international (European) calls
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone communication skills
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM, etc.)
Must be willing to work during European time zones

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Vizual Graphics Ltd is a professional photo retouching company serving international clients. We’re looking for a smart and confident Telemarketing Executive to work from our Dhaka office and help grow our business in the European market.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective European clients.
Introduce our photo retouching services and explain their benefits.
Build interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.
Follow up with interested leads and respond to inquiries.
Share insights with management to improve outreach strategies.

Employment Status: Full-time (1 pm-10 pm)
