- Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, property fairs, and site visits.
- Arrange and conduct property showings for interested buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Communicate and consult with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on apartment business/real estate trends, pricing, and competition.
