Responsibilities & Context
- Supervision of Funnel Management and conversion for Corporate Trade, Modern trade and HORECA
- Visits to large potential corporate customers.
- Ensuring sales executives are meeting their customer visit targets.
- Generating leads for new potential customers for own corporate as well as HORECA
- Checking and approving profiles of customers created by HORECA and Modern Trade Team leader
- Research about own corporate clients and approving clients of HORECA and Modern Trade
- Ensuring Sales executives are meeting Sales target by value Ensure Sales Executives meet Sales target by volume
- Following up on sales executives to ensure their regular visit of active customers to meet sales targets.
- Troubleshooting and supporting the sales executives on their day-to-day operations
- Following up on own corporate customers for order placement
- Following up on sales executives for order placement by their customers
- Assisting Sales executives in collection where they are facing obstacles
- Negotiation of credit terms with High Value Customers of team members
- Customer profiling and mapping for own corporate clients
- Meeting own sales targets with corporate customers.
- Ensuring regular relationship and repeat orders from own and team member clients
- Ensure own corporate clients are accepting the credit policy which gives maximum favor to the company’s interest with maximum number of clients
