Requirements

Education

  • HSC, Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
  • Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
  • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
  • Must be self motivated and dynamic.
  • Corporate sales planning and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel are a plus.
  • Experience working in a reputed real estate company is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital engagement strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate market, including laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and develop a strong customer base for real estate properties.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct market research to identify property trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
  • Assist clients in property selection, negotiations, and documentation processes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Follow up on the company’s Facebook page, YouTube channel feeds, and engagements to connect with potential clients and maintain an active online presence.
