Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Virtual Assistant to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
Shift Timing: Monday to Saturday 6 pm to 3 am BST. This is a NIGHT SHIFT JOB and the shift timing is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Position Overview: Ray Advertising, a globally recognized performance marketing agency specializing in Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and lead generation, is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and efficiency skills. You will be responsible for managing CRM tasks, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Efficiently manage CRM tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilize team management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or Click Up for task coordination and progress tracking.
Weekly Tasks:
- Complete and report on weekly tasks as outlined by the management.
Data Maintenance:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of publisher, buyer, and generic data in Excel.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy when keeping track of new publishers, buyers, and generic data, including their contact information.
- Utilize Excel and MS Word to efficiently manage and organize data.
Communication and Coordination:
- Reply to emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and manage meetings using Calendly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Probation Period: We have a one month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary. Upon successful completion of your probation period you will be paid the full salary.
