Additional Requirements

Prepare factory for various audit/certifications such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAD, Accord & Alliance/RSC, HIGG as well as other ethical, social, environmental, safety audit etc.
Regularly update company policies and SOPs to ensure that the factory is maintained as both Bangladesh Labor law as well as buyer COC
Keep the factory always ready for any type of unannounced audit/visit of buyers, 3rd party audit, government bodies etc.
Conduct periodic internal audits and work on NC/CAP
Ensure that the factory is both practicing and keeping proper documentation on issues such as employment, grievances, training & development, payroll etc.
Organize periodic training programs as well as various awareness sessions for both management & non-management employees
Ensure workers are well aware about law, ILO, ISO, COC, Human Rights & Company Policy
Ensure grievance & disciplinary procedure are well maintained and recorder properly
Represent the factory at the time of various audits, buyer visits as well as government/non-government visits and work on CAPs
Regularly visit each and every corner of the factory to find out possible obstacles/threats and take initiative to resolve them
Arrange various environmental tests as per law and document the records
Act proactively in solving any compliance related issues and report to management
