Looking for ADNOC/Lubricant Business in Bangladesh. ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) operate across the entire hydrocarbon/Lube value chain, through a network of fully integrated businesses, with interests that range from exploration, production, storage, refining and distribution to the development of a wide range of petrochemical products. For over 46 years, ADNOC have played an integral role in Abu Dhabi’s economic development, managing, producing and preserving the Emirate’s hydrocarbon/petroleum reserves on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Government.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Prepare Mushok 6.3 in compliance with VAT regulations.
- Maintain the Mushok 6.2.1 Register Book accurately and regularly.
- Assist in product costing and support the pricing strategy with detailed cost analysis.
- Prepare the annual budget, incorporating organizational goals and financial forecasts.
- Generate monthly Budget vs. Actual Reports to track financial performance.
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collections and reporting.
- Analyze and calculate profitability of various sales deals to support strategic decision-making.
- Address and resolve VAT-related operational issues as they arise.
- Perform daily accounting and finance tasks as part of routine operations.
- Prepare Monthly Operating Accounts to reflect financial status and performance.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and control.
- Compile and present Sales & Collection Reports on a regular basis.
- Handle and resolve any operational accounting issues to maintain smooth financial operations.
