Responsibilities & Context

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to investigate card transaction disputes and manage issuing and acquiring chargebacks, collaborations, retrieval requests, good faith adjustments, and fee collections for all issuing and acquiring card products.
  • The role ensures efficient resolution of disputes while adhering to regulatory requirements and service-level agreements.
  • Handle dispute operations across VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, CUP, NPSB, and ITCL networks.Perform regular checks on web-based dispute portals.
  • Monitor internal systems such as the customer complaint portal (“Helpdesk”), DMS, fraud center reports.
  • Maintain and update various MIS reports in Excel and Access to ensure adherence to local and international dispute SLAs.
  • Collaborate with partner banks, customers, merchants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and resolution of disputes.
