Responsibilities & Context
- Check application form (Completeness, AML compliance, fund realization, exception approval) received from Business Unit (BU).
- Open customer profile and Deposit account opening in Bank Ultimus (CBS).
- Create shadow file of AOF.
- Send original deposit file to Head Office Deposit Operations team.
- Pass transaction vouchers for daily bank statement, Processing fee/ Documentation fee & VAT, Lease Deposit/ Loan Advance, Mutation Fee, NPL recovery.
- Update DCL in CRM LOS System.
- Issue Tax Certificate of Deposit accounts and providing bank statement of liability and asset accounts.
- Any other related works assigned by the Management.
