Responsibilities & Context
To support the Bank’s continued growth in the corporate banking segment, there is a need to strengthen our client coverage capabilities by recruiting experienced professionals for the roles of Assistant Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with corporate clients to ensure portfolio growth and client satisfaction;
- Achieve business targets through acquisition of quality corporate accounts with a focus on liability generation and trade business;
- Analyze and assess client needs and structure appropriate financial solutions including working capital, trade finance, and investment products;
- Ensure proper due diligence, credit assessment, and risk management for all corporate proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines;
- Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Trade, Treasury, etc.) to ensure smooth transaction execution and client service delivery;
- Monitor portfolio health, conduct regular reviews, and take proactive steps to mitigate risks;
- Support strategic initiatives of the bank by identifying new market segments and developing innovative corporate banking solutions.
