Requirements

Education

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in Commerce/MBA/BBA or relevant subject from any UGC approved local or reputable foreign universities with no third class or equivalent in any certification;

Experience

  • At least 6 years

Qualification & Other Competencies:

  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience with a proven track record in Corporate Relationship Management or related areas;
  • Strong understanding of corporate credit, trade finance, relationship management, and structured finance;
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and sound decision-making capacity;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Should possess a proactive and client-centric approach, and be capable of working under pressure;
  • Age should not exceed 50 years at the time of application.

Responsibilities & Context

To support the Bank’s continued growth in the corporate banking segment, there is a need to strengthen our client coverage capabilities by recruiting experienced professionals for the roles of Assistant Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with corporate clients to ensure portfolio growth and client satisfaction;
  • Achieve business targets through acquisition of quality corporate accounts with a focus on liability generation and trade business;
  • Analyze and assess client needs and structure appropriate financial solutions including working capital, trade finance, and investment products;
  • Ensure proper due diligence, credit assessment, and risk management for all corporate proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines;
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Trade, Treasury, etc.) to ensure smooth transaction execution and client service delivery;
  • Monitor portfolio health, conduct regular reviews, and take proactive steps to mitigate risks;
  • Support strategic initiatives of the bank by identifying new market segments and developing innovative corporate banking solutions.
