Responsibilities & Context
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Accounts department of the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial sustainability.
- Ensure expenses as per approves budgets and monitor expenditure, analyze financial data, and identify trends to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for donors and senior management; Prepare accurate financial statements for external and internal audit processes, ensuring full compliance with donor and regulatory requirements and international accounting standards.
- Able to coordinate with Finance, Project Teams, and relevant departments to prepare and prepare accurate budgets, project completion reports, and necessary documentations for relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare responses to external and internal audit findings; guide the preparation of analytical reports and ensure effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure secure confidentiality of all financial and project-related documentation; manage to approval processes and ensure timely dissemination of key communications to field offices.
- Establish and maintain efficient administrative and financial record-keeping systems to ensure transparency, accountability, and readiness of the organization.
