Position: Supply Chain Senior Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Senior Executive to support the daily operations of our procurement and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods, inventory control, and timely communication with vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of goods including food, play zone materials, logistics, event, merchandising etc supplies.
- Maintain and update inventory records across Babuland branches using ERP systems.
- Ensure timely coordination with suppliers and logistics teams for delivery and distribution.
- Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages, and recommend reordering schedules.
- Prepare routine reports on inventory and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with branch-level teams to assess stock and operational needs.
- Travel to branches and suppliers as required for inspections and coordination.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain processes and cost-saving projects.
- Maintain documentation and follow compliance protocols.
- Any other task assigned by management.
